We are a small team. Email is the best channel for bug reports, methodology questions and takedown or privacy requests.
Write to [email protected]. Include the tool URL, browser/OS and what you expected versus what you saw. Screenshots help for UI bugs; never send passwords or payment data — we do not ask for them.
Response time
We aim to reply within 2–5 business days. Security or privacy reports are prioritised. Feature ideas are welcome; we ship the highest-impact fixes first (accuracy, accessibility, translations) before cosmetic requests.
Press & partnerships
For reviews, mirrors or educational licences, use the same inbox with subject line “Partnership”. We do not sell user data; there is none on our servers from the tests themselves.

What we will never ask for
AllMouseTester tools run in your browser. We do not need — and will never request — account passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, or remote-access to your PC. If an email claiming to be us asks for those, it is a scam; forward it to us and delete it.

Response SLA
We aim to reply to product and support mail within two business days. Partnership and press queries may take up to five. We read every message; if you do not hear back, check spam and write again with the original subject line so we can find the thread.
